International law firm experience. Direct cooperation.

I advise entrepreneurs, business owners and management boards. I gained my experience in Polish and international law firms, working on M&A transactions, investments, corporate reorganisations and negotiations of complex agreements, including IT contracts.

One of the main pillars of my practice is advising creative-sector businesses. For several years I provided comprehensive support to a marketing group listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, advising on contracts, copyright and advertising campaigns. I now support marketing, advertising, digital and creative agencies in their day-to-day operations and relationships with clients, creators and subcontractors.

Contract work is also an important part of my practice. I draft and negotiate commercial, technology and investment agreements — from client and supplier contracts to implementation, licensing and subcontracting arrangements. My aim is not only to manage legal risk, but also to establish clear working rules that help businesses operate efficiently.
