Legal support for creative businesses

Legal support for marketing and creative agencies.

A client sends its own contract, the brief expands or content rights need to pass through several contributors? I help agencies define scope, revisions, payment and liability, for a single project or on an ongoing basis.

A practical result

Clear rules from the brief through to delivery of the materials.

01

Control of scope

Approvals, extra revisions and brief changes linked to the timetable and fee.

02

A complete chain of rights

Consistent acquisition and transfer of rights between creator, agency and end client.

03

Proportionate risk allocation

Liability placed with the party that can genuinely control the relevant issue.

04

Timely legal input

A quick review before an agreement, claim or campaign decision becomes expensive to change.

Legal support for creative businesses

Support across the agency’s key relationships.

Client, team, creators, platforms and campaign suppliers should be covered by one consistent legal approach.

01

Client contracts

Framework agreements, retainers and projects: scope, timings, approvals, revisions, brief changes, fees and liability.

02

Creators and subcontractors

Freelancers, influencers, photographers, designers, production houses and other project suppliers.

03

Rights in materials

Copyright, licences, image rights, music, photography, fonts, stock and AI-assisted content.

04

Campaigns and promotions

Concept and copy review, contests, lotteries, promotions, advertising claims and influencer disclosures.

05

Data and marketing

Lead generation, newsletters, CRM, remarketing, cookies, processing and role allocation.

06

Project disputes

Extra scope, revisions, delay, campaign results, liability and overdue fees.

A proportionate scope

From a single agreement to ongoing support for the team.

01

One matter

A contract, campaign review, rights consultation or support in a particular negotiation.

02

A project

End-to-end campaign support, a document review or organising client and supplier relationships.

03

Ongoing support

Regular availability for owners, account teams and creatives, billed hourly or as an agreed package.

How we begin

Before we begin

Scope, fee and next steps.

Describe your matter
What will I receive?

Depending on the brief: a client or creator agreement, amendments to a counterparty's draft, rules for charging for additional work or a legal review of a campaign. I also identify the commercial decisions needed before signature.

What do you need to prepare a quote?

A short description of the project, the agency's role, the deadline and whether a contract or brief already exists. We will arrange the transfer of confidential materials after agreeing how to proceed.

How are fees agreed?

I propose the scope and fee after reviewing your enquiry. The quote reflects the documents, complexity, timing and any negotiation work. Work begins once we agree the terms; additional scope is discussed separately.

Can we work remotely, including on an urgent matter?

Yes, we can discuss the matter and exchange documents remotely in English or Polish. Include your deadline in the enquiry. I confirm availability and a realistic delivery date before accepting the instruction.

A contract, campaign or recurring support?

Describe the project and the outcome you need.

I can prepare agency, client and creator agreements, review campaign mechanics and content, organise IP and data issues, or provide ongoing legal support.
