I have advised on multi-million M&A transactions. I have drafted and negotiated transaction documents, participated in legal due diligence and helped structure transactions. On projects involving several practice areas, I coordinated the work of lawyers, including counsel in other jurisdictions.
For several years, I drafted and negotiated contracts relating to the group’s business, advised on copyright and reviewed nationwide advertising campaigns.
I have worked on implementation, maintenance, licensing and subcontracting agreements, as well as contracts for IT services.
Today, I support business owners, management boards, shareholders and people developing their own businesses. In the creative sector, I focus on client and supplier arrangements, rights in creative work and project fees and payments.
