What support do you need with a SaaS agreement?

Launching a SaaS product?

I first establish the sales model, the parties’ roles, permitted use and billing. I can then prepare B2B terms or an agreement, an order form, an SLA and the necessary schedules. The scope reflects whether customers subscribe online, negotiate an enterprise contract or buy implementation and other additional services.

Reviewing a customer or supplier draft?

I assess the document from the perspective of your company’s role and the way the product actually operates. The deliverable may include a prioritised risk list, proposed amendments and a revised draft for the next negotiation round. The review can cover service scope, fees, availability, support, liability, data and exit arrangements.

Negotiating a business-critical contract?

I can help define the negotiating position, prepare amendments and support discussions with the other party. For a quote, explain whether you are the SaaS provider or customer, whether the product is B2B or also consumer-facing, what draft already exists and when signing or launch is planned.

Before sending an enquiry, see the guides to a SaaS agreement with a business customer, code rights in a developer or software-house agreement and a data processing agreement.

Request SaaS contract drafting or review.

A proportionate scope

Begin before launch, with an audit or with a current problem.

01

New product

Support from the business model and requirements through documents, implementation and launch.

02

Solution audit

Review of an existing product, store or process and a plan to remove the main risks.

03

Continuous development

Ongoing support for new features, suppliers, campaigns, markets and regulatory change.

How we begin

I start with the user journey and sales model.

01

Show the solution

Describe the product, audience, functions, partners, payments and target launch date.

02

Set the scope

I identify the workstreams, documents, fee and realistic timetable.

03

Prepare the materials

I draft the documents and agree solutions directly with the implementation team.

04

Review implementation

We verify the documents against the final process and organise continuing obligations.

Before we begin

Scope, fee and next steps.

Describe your matter
What will I receive?

Depending on the project: an IT client or supplier agreement, SaaS or shop terms, privacy documentation and implementation guidance. The scope follows the product's functions, users and sales model.

What do you need to prepare a quote?

A short product or implementation description, target users, billing model, your company's role and planned launch date. Include a demo or shop link if one is available.

How are fees agreed?

I propose the scope and fee after reviewing your enquiry. The quote reflects the documents, complexity, timing and any negotiation work. Work begins once we agree the terms; additional scope is discussed separately.

Can we work remotely, including on an urgent matter?

Yes, we can discuss the matter and exchange documents remotely in English or Polish. Include your deadline in the enquiry. I confirm availability and a realistic delivery date before accepting the instruction.

Launching or developing a digital product?

Describe the product, customers and intended market.

I can map the legal requirements, prepare user and supplier documents, review implementation and support future product or market changes.
