Ongoing legal support

Ongoing legal support for companies in Poland.

Contracts, board decisions and team questions come up every week? I provide day-to-day support without the need for an in-house legal department. We agree the scope, contact people, billing and handling of urgent matters.

A practical result

Legal advice becomes part of decision-making, rather than a reaction to a problem.

01

Commercial context

Each matter is assessed against the company’s business model, earlier decisions and genuine priorities.

02

Direct access

The management board and nominated team members know whom to contact before signing a document or taking a decision.

03

Practical recommendations

You receive options and a recommended course of action, not merely a list of legal risks.

04

A flexible team

Where a project requires additional expertise, I bring in the right lawyers and other specialists.

Ongoing legal support

One point of contact for matters spanning several areas of law.

The service can cover recurring work and day-to-day questions, while significant transactions or one-off projects remain separately scoped.

01

Contracts and negotiations

Reviewing documents, preparing templates, organising contract processes and supporting negotiations.

02

Company and board matters

Resolutions, shareholders’ meetings, National Court Register filings, corporate records and shareholder relations.

03

Employment and B2B

Contracts, policies, confidentiality, restrictive covenants and changes to working arrangements.

04

Technology, e-commerce and marketing

Terms, product and online-sales launches, and work with software houses, agencies and creators.

05

GDPR, compliance and IP

Practical implementation, protection of information, copyright, know-how and trade marks.

06

Management support

Risk assessment, available options and a clear recommendation on which the business can act.

A proportionate scope

A model matched to the volume of work and the way your company operates.

01

Monthly hours

A monthly allocation for consultations, documents and recurring legal needs.

02

Defined recurring scope

Agreed regular tasks, with larger projects priced separately.

03

External legal function

Broader support for the board and team, including coordination of matters requiring several specialisms.

How we begin

First I understand the need. Then I recommend the right model.

01

Describe the business

Share your sector, team size, most frequent legal matters and current support model.

02

Identify the needs

We agree contact persons, likely volume, priorities and communication expectations.

03

Receive a proposal

I set out the scope, billing, availability and treatment of larger projects.

04

Start working together

We organise the core documents and establish a simple route for submitting new matters.

Before we begin

Scope, fee and next steps.

Describe your matter
What will I receive?

Consultations, document review and drafting, and support on agreed company matters. A monthly allocation, recurring scope or hourly model is matched to your needs; larger projects are priced under rules agreed in advance.

What do you need to prepare a quote?

Your business profile, recurring legal needs, approximate monthly document volume and expected availability. You do not need to select a package before contacting me.

How are fees agreed?

I propose the scope and fee after reviewing your enquiry. The quote reflects the documents, complexity, timing and any negotiation work. Work begins once we agree the terms; additional scope is discussed separately.

Can we work remotely, including on an urgent matter?

Yes, we can discuss the matter and exchange documents remotely in English or Polish. Include your deadline in the enquiry. I confirm availability and a realistic delivery date before accepting the instruction.

Let us identify the model that fits your company.

Describe your business, the matters that recur most often and the level of availability you need. I will propose a proportionate scope and billing model.
